Adjustmentledger is a client-side loan-level price adjustment calculator. It applies arithmetic to published pricing grids and displays the resulting stacked list of adjustments. Every adjustment names the grid, the effective date, and the exact cell that matched the user's input.
It is not a rate quote, not an offer of credit, and not an approval. No calculation result on this website constitutes a commitment to lend, a rate lock, or a pre-approval. All results must be verified against the published source grid before being relied upon.
The grid data used by this calculator was manually extracted from published PDF documents. While reasonable care has been taken, errors may exist in the extraction. Users should verify every adjustment against the original published matrix before using the results for any purpose.
The calculator will never extrapolate or silently clamp inputs that fall outside the published grid. If an input does not match any cell, the calculator will state "outside the published grid" rather than produce a number.
This product has no user accounts, no login system, and no server-side data storage. All data you enter remains in your browser and is discarded when you close the page. No email, alerts, notifications, or scheduled actions are available.
The Adjustmentledger calculator is free. No payment is required to use the LLPA calculator. All features listed as "Free" on the pricing page are available without a subscription, account, or payment method.
Paid tiers are not yet available. The "Pro" and "Enterprise" tiers listed on the pricing page are planned features that have not been built, priced, or released. No billing method has been wired for any paid tier.
Demo checkout. The demo subscription form on the pricing page is a client-side simulation only. No payment processor is connected, no card data is transmitted or stored, and no real payment is taken. The form demonstrates what a future subscription flow might look like.
When paid tiers launch. Billing terms will be updated here at least 30 days before any paid tier becomes available. Those terms will specify the price, billing period (monthly or annual), what happens on a failed payment (a grace period with retries, then suspension), and the refund policy (pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions within 14 days of purchase). No subscription will auto-renew without the user's explicit prior consent.
