Adjustmentledger is a client-side loan price adjustment calculator. It does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All computation — reading the published grid data, applying adjustments, and displaying the ledger — happens in your browser. No information you enter (FICO band, LTV, purpose, or any other loan characteristic) is sent to any server.
This product has no user accounts, no login system, and no session management. It does not set cookies, use fingerprinting, or load third-party analytics scripts. The calculator loads font files from Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address in the course of that standard web request.
The loan-level price adjustment grids used by the calculator are published by Fannie Mae and are loaded as static JSON files from the same server that serves this page. No external data feeds or APIs are consulted during a calculation.
This product has no capability to send email. It will never request your email address, send you alerts, or ask for notification permissions.
The only third-party service this page contacts is Google Fonts, from which it loads the typefaces used in the interface (EB Garamond, Source Sans 3, and JetBrains Mono). Google Fonts' privacy policy governs that interaction.
If the product's data practices change — for example, if it begins operating under a registered legal entity — this notice will be updated with a new effective date.
